A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY WEST BAY BUILDERS, INC.
FOR PROJECT 00-09 DOWNTOWN PARKING STRUCTURE, DIRECTING THE FILING
OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, AND ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE
OF THE PROPERTY FROM THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9862 on May 15, 2001, authorizing
the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements known as
Project 00-09 Downtown Parking Structure; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and West Bay
Builders, Inc. on May 24,2001, and
WHEREAS, West Bay Builders, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 00-09 Downtown Parking Structure and
directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
accepts conveyance of the property from the Redevelopment Agency.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE is hereby given that CITY OF CAMPBELL, as owner, and Michelle Quinney, the undersigned,
as City Engineer, caused the Improvements for Project 00-09 Downtown Parking Structure to be
constructed within the public right-of-way as described in the project documents.
That the work on said projects were actually accepted on the 6th day of May 2003.
That the name of the Contractor for said owner is West Bay Builders, Inc., of San Rafael,
California.
That the nature of title of said City to said improvements is owner in fee simple, and the names
and addresses of all owners of said property are:

That the property herein referred to and on which said Improvements are located is situated in the
City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California. The Downtown Parking Structure is located
