RESOLUTION NO. 10644
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
SC 06-074, ANNUAL STREET SWEEPING
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell on March 21, 2006, approved of
issuance of a Request For Proposals for SC 06-074, Annual Street Sweeping; and,
WHEREAS, Requests for Proposals have been received for SC 06-074, Annual Street
Sweeping; and,
WHEREAS, Contract Sweeping Services, has been found to be the lowest responsible
bidder for the total annual bid of $96,321.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby awards the Annual Street Sweeping Contract SC 06-074 to Contract Sweeping
Services for the term beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007, and authorizes
the Public Works Director to execute the contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the option of extending the contract for three additional years upon mutual
agreement between the Public Works Director and Contract Sweeping Services.
