RESOLUTION NO. 10645
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR USE
OF COMMUNITY CENTER FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City currently has a Schedule of Fees for Community Center facility use;
and
WHEREAS, the current Building Use Policy and Fee Schedule have been modified to
create a new user Group (1A) with appropriate fees; and
WHEREAS, several additional sections of the Building Use Policy have been amended to
clarify rules, policies and procedures; and
WHEREAS, the fee schedule has been reviewed and is found to be within the range of
fees being charged for similar facilities by surrounding agencies and what the market will
bear; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
adopts the attached updated Building Use Policy and additions to the Schedule of Fees
and Charges for Community Center Building Use, effective July 17, 2006.
