PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING "HOBBY KENNEL" AS AN
ALLOWABLE USE IN THE R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
ZONING DISTRICT, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT.
After due consideration of evidence pertaining to a request for
determination that a "hobby kennel" would be an allowable use, with
approval of a Conditional Use Permit, in the R-1 (Single Family
Residential) Zoning District, the Planning Commission did find as follows:
That a facility accommodating more than 2 dogs may be acceptable,
upon approval of a Conditional Use Permit, in the Single Family
Residential Zoning District.
Therefore, the Planning Commission determines that the use of "hobby
kennel" be defined and added to the list of uses allowable in a Single
Family Residential Zoning District with approval of a Conditional Use
Permit.
