RESOLUTION NO. 10654
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL TO AUTHORIZE THE RECREATION & COMMUNITY SERVICES
DIRECTOR TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT WITH SANTA CLARA COUNTY FOR
SENIOR NUTRITION SERVICES FOR THREE MONTHS AND TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006-07
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for nutrition services for Senior
Citizens in Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to share in the cost of operating the nutrition program, less
participant donations and transportation services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Recreation & Community Services
Director is authorized to extend the existing agreement with Santa Clara County for Senior
Nutrition Services, for three months and to enter into an agreement for Fiscal Year
2006/07, subject to review by the City Attorney and within the approved budget for the
program.
