PC Res 2462RESOLUTION NO. 2462 PLANNING COMMISSION BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LESS THAN 4.5 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE) TO LOW- MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (6-13 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE) FOR PROPERTIES KNOWN AS 1075 & 1095 HACIENDA AVE. (APPLICATION OF MR. ROBERT HANSEN, GP 87-04.) After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan, from Low Density Residential to Low-Medium Density Residential for properties known as 1075 & 1095 Hacienda Ave.; and, after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: The proposed Low-Medium Density Residential land use would not be compatible with the existing single family development in the immediate area. 2. The proposed change would not be in the best interest of the City of Campbell. The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that the City Council DENY the requested General Plan Amendment.
