DEFICIENCY
Back in Sept. 1996 the leak was finally located and repaired on the west side of
Winchester Blvd., just north of Campbell Ave., but sinking C&G that we
discussed was never replaced. The City is scheduled to overlay that section of
Winchester this summer, if all goes as planned, and the curb must be replaced
before then. What is the status of this work?

Work must be performed under a current encroachment permit. Notify Public Works prior to
any work being done and for inspections, by 8:30 a.m. on the day before work is to be done.
