Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval grant.ed under this section shall expire one hundred eight)'
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such appro\ral is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (IS) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chap~er.

Applic3tion of Oliver Nelson for approval
of storage yard for boats) campers, trailers,
etc. on property located at 520 McGlincey Lane
(See Map #1 attached)
At the present time Mr. Nelson is operating his construction business
on this site and is requesting approval of a portion of the existing
contractor's yard to be used for storage areD for boats, campers,
and trailers. This is a permitted use in the M-l-S zone subject to
"S" approval.
Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions:
1. Undeveloped portion of parcel to be kept free from storage of
contractor's vehicles and materials.
2. Property to be fenced as indicated and as added in "red" on plans.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is re-
quired to illeet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances
of the City of Campbell.
3. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.
