Gentlemen:
This is to advise you how to satisfy those conditions of approval of
the referenced project that were recommended by the Department of
Public Works.
1. When the final map is ready for checking, submit two blue line
copies of it to the undersigned along with a plan check fee of $300.
After we have reached agreement concerning the map the original
should be submitted, fully signed, along with a subdivision guarantee
report from the title company.
We will sign the map after a bond for the street improvements has
been posted and the excavation permit fees have been paid.
2. I will prepare and send to you an agreement covering the street
improvements in McGlincey to be executed by the owner after you have
submitted street improvement plans and our design section has
estimated the cost of the improvements. The agreement will obligate
the owner to install the improvements within a year from the date the
agreement is signed.
3. The Planning Department should be contacted to learn the means of
satisfying the conditions relating to the termination of the current
usage of the parcels nearest the proposed residential streets.
If you have any questions regarding the street improvement plans or
excevation permit please contact David Valkenaar or Chuck Gomez of
this of~ice. Questions regarding the parcel map or the agreement

approval and recordation in accordance with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act.
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. File a parcel map in accordance with the provisions of the State
Subdivision Map Act.
2. Install standard street improvements in E. McGlincey Ln.
3. Any and all industrial use of Parcel 2, including storage of
vehicles, supplies or cargo containers must cease, and the area
of Parcel 2 cleared, prior to filing Final Map; since access to
Parcel 2 is limited to Sweetbriar Drive, a residential street.
