CONDITIONS:
1. Applicant to obtain excavation permit for proposed driveway.
2. Area to be paved and fenced in compliance with Section 9139 of the
Campbell Municipal Code - and area used for storage to be enclosed
within a sight-obscuring fence, in accordance with Section 9314.2
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
3. Area to be landscaped as indicated on plan. Street trees to be
approved by the Department of Public Works.
4. Plan indicating plant material to be submitted at time of application
for Building Permit.
5. Faithful Performance Bond in amount of $500 to be posted to insure
landscaping within three (3) months of completion of bUilding.
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any apprOval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after tile date upon whic;l such approval Was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permi t 5)1all be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a n0W approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

Lot 13 as shown upon the Map of Tract No. 3599 Westchester Industrial Park, which said
Map was fi led for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California, on March 25, 1964 in Book 175 of Maps, at page 47.
Excepting therefrom the right to pump, take or otherwise, extract water from the under-
ground basin or strata in Santa Clara County with no surface rights to water involved as
conveyed by Forman Development Company, a partnership, to San Jose Water Works, a
coporation, by Deed dated April 30, 1964 and recorded May 5, 1964 in Book 6491 of
Official Records, at page 278.
This Deed is made and accepted upon the covenants and conditions set forth in Declaration
of Restrictions executed by Forman Development Company, a partnership, dated July 3, 1964
and recorded July 13, 1964 in Book 6578 of Official Records, page 232, all of which are
incorporated herein by reference to said declaration with the same effect as though fully
set forth here in.
