Section 9316.1 of the Campbell 1.1unicipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

Application of M.G. Lucke for approval of office-manu-
facturing and warehouse building on property located
at 765 McGlincey Lane. (See Map #1 attached.)
This property is zoned M-l-S and abuts the CM:B-20 zoning on the east.
Th~re is a SO' P.G.E. easement extending for the entire length of the
property along the easterly property line. The lot i~ approximately
lOS' x 200' or 21,000 sq. ft. in area.

Staff recommends approval, subject to the following conditions:
Walls to be painted or colored concrete.
Landscaping ar.d fencing to be ptovided as indicated and as
added in "ted' on plan.
Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $1,000 to be posted
to insure fencing and landscaping within three (3) months of
completion or applicant may file written agreement to complete
landscaping prior to final Building Department clearance.
Landscape plan indicating types of plant material to be submitted
for approval of the Planning Director at time of application for
Building Permit.
An enclosure, consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a 6'
high solid wall or fence, shal1 be constructed to house trash
container. Location of enclosure to be approved by Fire and
Planning Departments.
The applicant is notified that as a part of this approval, he is re-
quired to meet the following additional conditions in accordance with
ordinances of the City:
