The City Council of the City of Campbell at their regular meeting
of March 11, 1974, issued Use Permit No. 72-15, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That building shall be reduced in coverage to 25% or a variance
obtained to permit a coverage in excess of the maximum coverage
permitted in a P-O Zone.
2. That parking space No. 3 be redesigned to meet zoning code stan-
dards for depth and that the existing sign be relocated and a
sign permit be obtained in accord with the sign ordinance.
3. An agreement, satisfactory to the City Attorney, shall be sub-
mitted within thirty days of the approval by the City Council,
which shall provide for the following:
a. . Residential use of building to be terminated within 60
days of approval.
b. Portion of building that is shown on approved plans to be
removed, shall be removed within 120 days from date of
approval.
c. All conditions of UP 72-15 to be met within one year from date c
of approval by City Council.
d. Applicant shall agree to reinstate the residential use of
the property including the total abatement of any commercial
and/or office use if the above schedule is not adhered to.
4. The building shall conform to all requirements for F-2 occupancy.
(Building Code Requirement)
5. Provide trash enclosure six feet high with self-closing gates.
6. PROVIDE "2 ABCII all pu?-",pose fire extinguishers.
7. All conditions of the use permit shall be completed within one
year of the date of approval by City Council.
