RESOLUTION NO. 10670
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY JJR CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR
THE ANNUAL SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE PROJECT 06.72
AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10619 on March 21, 2006, authorizing
the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements known as the
Annual Sidewalk Maintenance Project 06-72; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and JJR Construction,
Inc. on April 13, 2006, and
WHEREAS, JJR Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance
with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
accepts the improvements constructed for the Annual Sidewalk Maintenance Project 06-72
and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
