vlHEREAS, Campbell Union School District bas presented
its Deed dedicating to City of Campbell for street purposes a
strip of land approximately 4U3.l2 feet by 30 feet fronting on
school property at Parr Avenue in City of Campbell, and
'.11ERI:.;,\,S, in this particular instance, Campbell Union
School District is not able to finance its own street improve-
ments as required by property development anu zoning regulations
of City of l~ampbell, and
UIEREAS, the acquisition of said land and the making of
the street improvements thereon is reasonably necessary for the
convenience, health, and general 'lelfare of the people of City
of Campbell, and
1.1lEREAS, a deviation from tbe requirements of the re6u-
lations in this particular instance and under these circumstances
is not contrary to the spirit and intent tbereof.
NOVl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by thf:' City Council of
City of Campbell that the s.:lid dedicatory deed from \.~i.lmpbell
Union School District be and the same is hereby accepted, and
that City of Campbell will make and install the street improve-
ments on the lanu deed at such time as the City Council may here-
after determine.
PASSED .\ND ADOPTED this 28th day of October, 1963, by

Trustees of the Campbell Union School District to you at the regular
meeting on the 22nd day of August.
If you wish, you may have this recorded. If not, our Board has no
feelings on the matter. Of course if you do not record it, it then merely
becomes a gentlemen's agreement and is not a cloud on the title to the
property. This of course is entirely up to you.

Dear Sir:
We are in receipt of your plot plan of the
new Capri School for the Campbell union School
District. Since the allocation board meeting is
tmminent, as you have stated, we would point out that
City staff recommendation in regard to the extension
of Virginia Avenue to Audrey Drive will be that full
J.mprovements be installed for the entire street width
rather than a half street 1mprovemant as shown on the
plan. This is because of the f act that it is an
int.er1or street ent.irely within the property ownership.
It is felt that knowledge of this requirement
by the board for their initial consideration is of
importance.
