V\:_'-J,,,,,C~v"~ V ORDINANCE NO, 777 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY or CAMPBELL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL BY ADOPTING PLANS) ELEVATIONS) DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE AND MAP FOR A PORTION OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE AS ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO. 700 ADOPTED ON THE 10TH DAY or ~OVEMBER, 1969. (APPLICATION or CHARLES B. JOHNSON) The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as folIous: . I . SECTION ONE: That the Zonlng Map of the Clty of Campbell, being a part of Chapter 3, Article IX of the Campbell Municipal Code) as referred to in the Appendix of said Code, together with amendments thereto is hereby changed and amended by .( adopting the attached llExhibit A", entitled "Plans and Elevationsli) "Exhibit B", entitled IIDeve10pmcnt Schedule II and "Exhibit C" entitled "Hap of said Propertyll, as per application of Charles B. Johnson, on property located at 571 Marathon Drive. Copies of said Exhibits are on file in the office of the Planning Department. Said approval granted subject to the following conditions: 1. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in "red" on plans and a complete landscape plan of the site to be submitted for approval by the Planning Director. 2. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated on plans. 3. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to he posted to ins~re landscaping, fencing and striping of parking are a II i t hill t h r e e (3) m 0 nth S 0 f com pIe t ion 0 f con s t r u c t ion, or applicant may file written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area prior to final building department clearance. ' 4. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape plan. 5. Install an enclosure of sufficient size to house all trash containers, constructed of a six foot high sight-obscuring fence, with concrete floors and self-closing gates. The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required to meet the follo\,ing conditions in accordance with :-1'~ , Ordinances of the City of Campbell. A. All parking and driveway area~ to be developed in compliance with Section 3919 of the Campbell Muriicipal Code. B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 9110.6 of the CaqDell Hunicipal Code. C, Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall indicate clearly the location of all connections for undcrground utilities including water, sewcr, electric, telephone and television cables, etc. D. Sign application to be submittcd in accordance with \ provisions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until application is approved and permit issued by the building department. E. Install fire extinguishers in break-glass containers in all laundry rooms, carports and on second flbor landings. F. Access shall be provided to the property and improved to standards compatible with the Podell Development and accept- able to the building department. G. Applicant to process and record parcel map for minor subdivision. ~. Applicant to pay storm drainage fee in the amount of $325.00. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not herein specified.
