that any centract for the collection and disp6sal of refuse,
garbagc~wet garbage, and rubbish produced wJthin the limits
of the City of Campbel I shal I be made with Green Val ley Dispos~1
Company. This requirement appl ies to all single fami Iy dwell ings
multiple arar~ment units, to all commercial, business, manufacturing
and construction establ ishments.
J. Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development shal I be located in areas approved by the fire
departr;,ent. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist
of a concrete floor surrounded by a sol id wal I or fence and have
self-closing doors of a size specified by the fire department.
