OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, AME~DING THE ZONING MAP OF l~E Cll~ OF CAMPBELL BY ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOPilEta SCHEDULE ;\fJD Mj~P FOR A PORTION GF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE AS ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO. 700 AGOPTED ON THE 13TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1969. (A?piication of Stuart L. Rosendale). The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Hap of the City of Campbel I being a part of Chapter 3, Article IX of-the Campbell Municipal Cede as referred to in the II[)pendix of said Code, together ",ith amendments thereto is . hereby changed and amended by adoptin~J the attached "Exhibit A," entitled "Plans and Elevations,'1 IIExhibit 8,'1 entitled IIDeveJoprncnt SChedille" and "Exhibit e" entitled "Hap of said Property," as per the application of Stuart L. Rosendale en proper'ty located at 571 l-1arathon Drive. Copies of said Exhibits are on file in the office of the Planning Department. Said approval granted subject to the following conditions: A. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in IIred'l on p laos. B. landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose blb5 or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for approval of the Planrling Director at time of application for building permit. C. lanrlscaping shall be maintained in"accordance with the approved landscape plan. D. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to be posted to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within three (3) rrt-:l!!ths of completion of construction, or applicant m.3Y fi Je written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area prior to final building department clearance. . E. All mechanic~l equipment to be located on roofs shall be screened as approved by the Planning Director. F. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with Section 21.50 of the Campbel Hl!nicip~l Code. All parking areas to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards. G. Underground util ities to be provided as required by SeclIon 20.16.070 of the Campbcl! :1unidp<1l Code. H. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provISions of the sign ordinance for all signs. l~o.sign' to be installed until application is approved and permit issued by the Building Department. J. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code 5tipulates that the contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, wet garbage and rubbish produced within the limits of the City of Campbell shall be made \-Jith Green Valley Disposal Company. This requirement applies to all single family dwellings, multiple apartment units, to all commercial, .business, industrial, manufacturing and construction e~tablishments. K. Trash container(s} of a size and quantity ~ecessary to serve the development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Department. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wallar fence and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department. All enclosures to be constructed at grade leve 1. L. Applicant shall meet all State requirements for the handicapped. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT M. Provide drainage plan for review and approval of City Engineer. N. Pay storm drainage area fee at $765 per acre. Q. Obtain excavation permit for any off-site work. fI RE DEPARTI1ENT P. Provide two on-site fire hydrants with main connected to the Marathon Drive water main. Q. Provide "2ABC1' fire extinguishers. R. Drive...,ay to be marked as "No Parking - Fire Lane.1I The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and arc not herein .speci fied.
