This request is made specifically with reference to Government Code Section 66499.35. The present record owner of that parcel, The Pipeyard, Inc., is contemplating a sale of the industrially zoned section of the property, which extends in a generally northerly direction to McGlincey Lane from a line running in approximately an east-west direction dividing the property on your general plan as between Rl to the south and industrial to the north. It is my understanding from you that if our engineer provides the appropriate legal description, and if your investigation determines that the real property, as to which the Certificate Of Compliance is requested, complies with the relevant sections of the Government Code and of your local ordinances, the Certificate Of Compliance will issue in due course.
