County of Santa Clara, State of California, at its intersection with
the southwesterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to
Joseph R. O. Boudreault and Anna L. Boudreault, his wife, by that
certain instrument recorded May 13, 1968, and filed in Book 8119
of Official Records at pages 653, 654, and 655 in said office of
said County Recorder;
THENCE, South 520 51' East 181.24 feet along said southwesterly
line to the most southerly corner of said lands of Boudreault;
THENCE, North 290 28' East 69.76 feet along a southeasterly line
of said lands of Boudreault to an angle point;
THENCE, North 700 26' East 1.04 feet along a southeasterly line of
said lands of Boudreault to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 70.00 feet northeasterly, measured at a right angle, from
said southwesterly line of said lands of Boudreault;
