CONDITIONS:
1. Building frontage door to be marked for ENTRANCE ONLY
2. No loading to be permitted on McGlincey Lane.
3. 13 - 9' x 20' parking spaces to be provided.
4. Street trees to be planted as indicated on plan and as approved
by Department of Public Works.
S. Sight-obscuring fence to be provided within a time limit of 1 1/2
years or when building erected whichever occurs first (erection of
building will eliminate the need for fence).
6. A suitable sidewalk to be installed as shown on plan and geound
cover to be planted and maintained in parking strip on remainder (over)
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a n~w approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chaptar.

The engineering comments on the subject application
involve a possible dedication of land on the Griffith Lane
frontage. Considering the impact that this requirement
would have upon the propo.ed development, we would prefer
that the matter be deferred until the next subsequent meeting
so that we might thoroughly investivate the need for this
requirement.
