CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF PARCEL MAP OF LANDS OF CUTTING,
APN 405-15-9, 1273 PEGGY AVENUE
I. Owner to dedicate Peggy Avenue frontage for a sixty foot
right-of-way (to 30 feet east of center line).
2. Owner to pay storm drainage area fee.
3. Owner to enter into agreement to construct and/or instal I
publ ic street improvements throughout the frontage of both parcels.
4. Owner to post bonds and pay fees as described in said agreement.
5. The final map thereof shal I be fi led with the City Engineer for
examination, approval and recordation in accordance with the
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
