Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written applic3tioIl
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

1. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as
added in "red" on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location
of hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be
submitted for approval of the Planning Dircctor at time of
application for building pcrmit.
3. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $1,500 to be

If an agrcement is signed in lieu of the $l,SOO Faithful
Performance Bond, a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount

rear for the 6 months' period as specified. Said hond shall not
be released unless it is det.ermined that the parking is not
necessary. If parking is necessary, the bond shall be kept
in full fOTce and effect until the paving and striping of the
25 additional spaces have been provided.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to mcet the following conditions ill accordance with Ordi-
nances of the City of Campbell.
4. All parking and driveway arcas to be developed in com-
pliance with Section 9319 of the Campbell }'Iunicipal Code.
5. The vacant land to the cast of the convalescent home
shall be reserved for a period of 6 months to provided 2S addi-
tional parking spaces if hospital usage at that time indicates
the need [or additional parking.
6. Underground utilities to be provided as required by
Section 9110.6 of the. Campbell Municipal Code.
7. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check
shall indicate clearly the location of all conncctions for under-
ground utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and
television cables, etc.

8. Sign application to be submitted in accordance wi th pro-
visions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed
until application is approved and permit. issued by the building
department.
9. Applicant to install fire hydrant on Pollard Road In front
of property.
10. Applicant to dedicate to 60 foot right of way for total
frontage of development.
ll. Applicant to construct one-half street improvements for
total frontage of devqlopment.
l2. Applicant to post bond In the amount of lOO~6 of estimated
street improvements.
13. . Applicant to pay storm drainage area fee In t.he amount of
$2,145.00.
14. Demolition permits for existing buildings shall be obtained
from the building departmellt before convalescent hospital permit
will be issued.
'The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.
