WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Campbell an agreement for reimbursement for street improve-
ment construction; and
WHEREAS, this agreement has been approved by the City Attorney
as to form; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that this agree-
ment be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an
extension for such approval is obtained by making written application for
same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for In this chapter.

vTdEREAS, there has been submit'ted to the City Council
by First Christian Church of Campbell an agreement for the
development of their real property in accordance with prescribed
condi.tions i and
WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement, and
concurrently herewith they have submitted grant deeds of certain
portions of their property for street purpo~esi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by .the City Council
that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the
said agreement on behalf of said CitYi and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant deed submitted
in connection therewith be and the same is hereby acceptedo

In keeping with my phone conversation to you today, and based on agr~ement
of our Building Committee in meeting last evening, we have requested that
you do the following:
1. Send to City of Campbell, Engineering Dept., 3rd and Grant Streets,
Campbell, California Attn: Bill Helms a letter stating that funds
in the amount of $3,225.00 will be held in our account to provide
for funds in keeping with the Agreement entered into between City
of Campbell and First Christian Church of Campbell August 31, 1965
Parts (3) and (5). This is to provide $2,400 to guarantee faithful
performance regarding street improvements, curb, gutter, sid0valk,
pavement and lighting throughout frontage to the City of Campbell;
and, to provide $825.00 to Sanitation District #4 of Santa Clara
Gounty for sewage installation on More Avenue.
2. Send to City of Campbell, Building Dept., 75 North Central Avenue,
Campbell, California Att: Wallace Byron, a letter stating that
funds in the amount of $1,000 will be held in our account to provide
guarantee that landscaping shall be insured by the church in keeping
with "s" Approval granted by the City to the Church, August 4, 1965
under Part 4.
3. Send to: Sanitation District #4 of Santa Clara County, 100 E. Sunny-
oaks, Campbell, California a check in the amount of $696.25 to cover
the cost of sewage installation on Pollard Road to serve the present
needs of the church. See inclosed requisition.

Section 9329, of the Campbell Municipal Code
First Christian Church
1~ hereby granted a variance for side yard from 25' to 21.5'
on the easterly property line for a portion of proposed church
to be located at 1589 Pollard Road, Campbell, California, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Conformance with Section 9126 of the Campbell Municipal
Code including:
a. Dedication of right-of-way along Pollard Road to a
line 45 feet measured at a right angle, northerly
from the centerline of said Pollard Road, and
dedication to a width of 30' from centerline on
Moore Avenue (approximately 10' on Moore Avenue)
b. Agreement and Bond for future street improvements
on Pollard Road~, and Moore Avenue.
c. Storm Drain Fee in the amount of $1,500.00
d. Fire Hydrant (#76 Greenburg) to be located on the
north side of Pollard Road at the easterly property
line.
Approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Campbell, on the 2nd day of August, 1965 in regular meeting.
