RESOLUTION NO. 5118
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF DONALD K. BECKENHAUER,
ET UX, AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
by Donald K. Beckenhauer and Lydia M. Beckenhauer, his wife,
an agreement for the development of their real property in
accordance with prescribed conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the said
agreement on behalf of said City.

Beginning at the southeasterly corner of that certain parcel of
land described in the De~d from Harry S. Spencer, et ux, to Jules F.
stephens, et ux, dated November 9, 1956, recorded in the office of
the Recorder of the county of santa clara, state of California, on
November l4, 1956, in Book 3657 of Official Records, at page 129, on
the Northwesterly line of pollard Road, 40.00 feet in width; thence
from said point of beginning and along the Northeasterly line of said
land deeded to Jules F. stephens, et ux, N.18007'W. 25.06 feet to a
point on a line which is parallel with and d~stant Northwesterly at
right angles, 25.00 feet from the Northwesterly line of said pollard
Road; thence along last said parallel line, s.75045'W. 367.01 feet to
a point on the southwesterly line of that certain parcel of land,
described in the Deed from Frank A. Kilgore, et ux, to Tetsuro patrick
Sano, et ux, dated December 6, 1962, recorded December 14, 1962, 'in
Book 5829 of Official Records, at page 267, Santa Clara county Records;
thence along the southwesterly line of said land deeded to Tetsuro
Patrick Sano, et ux, s.lso41'E. 2S.0l feet to a point on the Northwesterly
line of said pollard Road; thence along the Northwesterly line of said
pollard Road, N.7so4S'E. 368.62 feet,tmore or less to the point of
beginning.
