RESOLUTION NO. 958
BEING A RESOLUTION GRANTING PLAN
LINE VARIANCE TO WESTERN GRAVEL
COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Western Gravel Company did heretofore
apply to the City Council for a variance from the Plan Line
of the San Tomas Aquino Expressway, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Western
Gravel Company cannot develop their said property without
the granting of said variance, and,
WHEREAS, said Western Gravel Company, through
its President, Lynn Beatty, will dedicate sufficient land
along Sunnyoaks Avenue for the realignment of said plan
line,
NCAV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that \vestern Gravel Company be and it is hereby granted
a variance on said San Tomas Aquino Expressway.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of May, 1960,
by the following vote:
