BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL, COUNTY OF SlU~A CLARA, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENT OF
JIMMY T. DOWDY, ET OX, SHERREL D. KIRK, ET OX,
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF REAL' PROPER'1'Y LOCATED AT 20
~~ 28 RAIL~VAY AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, said Jimmy T. Dowdy, et al, have submitted an Agree-
ment to this City COlITlcil for the development of their real property
described upon that certain instrument recorded November 1, 1973, in
Book 0633 of Official Records at page 98 in the office of the County
Recorder of said County of Santa Clara, in accordance with prescribed
conditions; an,d.
WHEREAS, in accordance with said prescribed conditions and as
specified and recit.ed in the Agreement and concurrently herewith s2id
Jimmy T. Dcwdy, et al, have submitted a Grant Deed of certain por-
tions of their real property for public street purposes and related
public uses (including public utility easements, public service ease~
ments, public pedestrian easements, storm sewer easements); and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'1' AND IT IS HEREBY RESOJ,VED by this City
Council that said Agreement is hereby accepted and that the Mayor
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of Campbell; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by this City Council that the said Grant
Deed submitted in accordance with said prescribed conditions be and
it is hereby accepted for the purposes for which it is offered.

CITY OF CAMPBELL BY ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS,
AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE AND A MAP FOR A PORTION OF THE
PLANNI:D DEVI=LOPl1ENT zo:nc: AS ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 730 ON TilE 25TH DAY or May, 1970). (Sherrel Kirk).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as
follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell
being a part of the Campbell Municipal Codes together with
amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended by adopting
llExhibit A", entitled "Plans and Llevatit~ns", "Exhibit. }ill,
entitled "Development Scbedule" and "E>~hib:Lt e", entitled
"I1ap of Said Pl~operty", as per application of Sherrel Kirk
on property located at 20 and 28 Railway Avenue. Copies of
said exhibits arc on file in the office of the Planning Department.
Said approval granted subject to the following conditions:
A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in
compliance with Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
All parking spaces to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs

B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by
