WHEREAS, City granted conditional approval of Owners' applica-
tion to construct four townhouses
upon that certain real property
described by that certain Grant Deed
recorded May 2 , 19 75 . and filed in Book B 389 of
Official Records at page 200 in the office of the County
Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State of California. which property
is hereinafter referred to as IIsaid real propertyll;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED TO by and between the
parties hereto as follows:
(1) Owners shall provide, construct and/or install at their
own proper cost and expense public street improvements across the
entire frontage of said real property;
(2) All of said improvements shall be constructed and/or in-
stalled within twelve (12) months from the date first above written;
provided. however, that in the computation of said twelve-month
period, delays due to or caused by acts of God, viz., unusually
inclement weather, major strikes, and other delays beyond the con-
trol of Owners shall be excluded.
It is expressly understood and agreed to that if Owners shall
fail to complete the work required by this agreement within the
said twelve-month period, the City. after giving ten (lO)c:days
written notice thereof to Owners, may construct and/or install
said improvements and recover the full cost and expense thereof
from Owners.

CAMPBELL APPROVING PLANS. ELEVATIONS. DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR FOUR TOWNHOMES
TO BE LOCATED AT 50 REDDING ROAD IN A P-D (PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT) ZONING DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF MR.
GARY STOKES ON BEHALF OF CAL-COM LEASING AND
DEVELOPMENT, INC., ZC 81-08).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, being
a part of the Campbell Municipal Code, together with amendments thereto,
is hereby changed and amended by adopting Exhib)t IIA" entitled Plans and
Elevations, Exhibit IIB11 entitled Development Schedule, Exhibit f1C" entitled
Map of Said Property, and Exhibit liD" entitled Conditions of Approval. as
per the application of Mr. Gary Stokes on behalf of Cal-Com Leasing and
Development, Inc. on property located at 50 Redding Road. Copies of
said exhibits are on file in the Office of the Planning Department.
