Gary Stokes of Cal-Com Leasing requested waiver of the storm drainage area
fee for the four-lot subdivision at 50 Redding Road, inasmuch as he had
installed a storm main in Redding Road as a part of Tract No. 6881 without
reimbursement from the City.
Bill Helms has agreed to waive the fee for the four-lot subdivision as
well as Tract No. 7072 across the street, based on the following.
Cost of install ing the main from the westerly property line
of the four-lot subdivision to White Oaks Road:

This decision is based on the premise that Cal-Com is responsible for the
main across its three frontages. They are not being charged the $2,423
area fees since they put in $4,985 worth of extra storm 1 ine. No reim-

Enclosed please find check prints of the Tract Map and improvement plans
for the above-subject subdivision.
The fOllowing items are needed in order to place the subject Tract Map on
the City Council Agenda for final approval:
1. The Final Tract Map signed and notarized.
2. The improvement plans signed by County Sanitation District No.4.
3. A letter of release from County Sanitation District No.4 saying that
all of their conditions have been met.
4. Letters from PG&E and PT&T saying that easements shown on the Final
Tract Map are adequate and satisfactory to them.
5. A copy of the CC&R's for our review.
6. The original and one copy of the enclosed agreement signed and notarized.
7. A faithful performance bond in the amount of $20,000.00 and a labor and

The following report is based on data available to the Santa Clara Valley Water District and is not intended to supplant any required

foreseeable future conditions. (This is a flow having a 1% chance of being equalled or exceeded in any year.)

It is estimated that the channel has a present capacity to pass a flow which has a % chance of being equalled or
exceeded in any year. No assurance can be given as to date at which flood protection will be provided. Any information

The following conditions of approval are recommended concerning the subject tentative

Installation of a sanitary sewerage system to serve all lots within the sub-
division in conformance with the proposed plans of the County of Santa Clara
Sanitation District No.4. Sanitary sewerage service to be provided by said

Water service to be provided by said water company. Fire hydrants and appurte-
nances shall be provided and installed at the locations specified by the

A sanitary sewer connection will be required.
No sewers are available, therefore, in order to determine the amount
of drainfield required for a septic tank system, percolation tests
will be necessary.
Individual sewage disposal requirements have been determined for this
site. A septic tank permit will be issued for construction of a
system which must then be built in conformance with Bulletin "A" or
