BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRACT
NO. 7346 AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer
that all improvements in Tract No. 7346 have been completed in ac-
cordance with that agreement entered into May 4, 1982, concerning
said tract; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the tract
and improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that Tract
No. 7346, together with all improvements thereon, be and the same
are hereby accepted, and that the City Engineer is hereby ordered
to record a Notice of Completion of said improvements.

SUBJECT: TRACT 7346, REDDING ROAD -- CONCRETE CORRECTIONS
Dear Mr. Huntzinger:
This letter is confirming our telephone conversations today regarding the
necessary work to salvage the off-grade concrete curbs at subject tract.
1. Remove approximately 25 feet of curb and gutter at each end of the
tract frontage (essentially from the ends up to the driveways).
2. Replace this curb and gutter with the end elevations matching the curb
and gutter existing across the street.
3. Construct the pavement cross-section from I ip of gutter to a new crown,
0.121 above the existing pavement at centerl ine along the frontage of the
curb not being removed. Install an A.C. conform (3/8" aggregate) from the
new crown elevation to 10 feet south of centerl ine along this frontage.
4. At the easterly and westerly ends, the crown thickness and the conform
overlay should taper to a match at the existing pavement at centerl ine.
These tapers will be along the approximately 25 feet of curb and gutter
replacement at each end.
Publ ic Works Inspector Norm Samson is famil iar with these remedial requirements
and can help with any finite details in the field.

Enclosed is further revision to page 3 eliminating the reference to the Condominium Plan
being recorded together with the Map in Section 1.12. My review of the Condominium
Plan indicates that it is intended to be a separate document recorded by itself, and I will
simply refer to it, in addition to referring to the Subdivision Map, in the Declaration.
The other alternative would be to have the Condominium Plan marked Exhibit "A" and
have it be attached to the Declaration, but we do not have to do it that way, and it
appears that the engineer has already set it up to do it as a stand-alone document, so
that's fine with me.

BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
TRACT NO. 7346 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO SIGN THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Campbell a final map of Tract No. 7346, north side of
Redding Road east of Whiteoaks Road, for approval; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, approved by the City Attorney as to
form, which covers certain conditions of approval of said map, has
been presented; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that the map conforms
to Subdivision Map Act and City Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that said map be and the same is hereby approved, and
that any real property offered for dedication for public use is ac-
cepted on behalf of the publ ic in conformity with the terms of the
offer of dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Campbell.
