You entered into an agreem2Ilt with the City wherein you agreed
to install full street improvemmts across the frontage of
subject Tract 6613 when notified to do so by the City Engineer.
You are hereby so notified.
In accordance with Section (2) of that agreenent, the improvenents
nust be conpleted within twelve (12) llDnths of this date.
The first step toward accooplishing the installation of such
improvemmts is to engage an engineer to prepare the construction
plans. We have lines and grades set for Redding Road, which your
irrproverrEn.ts nust canfonn with.
(bce plans are prepared, three copies rrust be submitted with an
application for Excavation Penni.t (copy enclosed).
The fees involved with this work are a Pemit Application Fee of
$35.00 and a Pemit Fee (per agreem2Ilt) of $350.00. Also, a
$200.00 refundable cash deposit will be required on the pemit.

BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP
OF TRACT NO. 6613, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of
Campbell a final map of Tract No. 6613 for approval; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement, approved by the City Attorney as to form, which
covers conditions pertaining to the approval of said map and acceptance of the
dedicated streets, has been presented; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that the map conforms to
Subdivision Map Act and City Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that said map be and the same is hereby approved and that the streets, avenues,
and public ways shown thereon be and the same are hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to
execute the said agreement on behalf of the City of Campbell.

Gentlemen:
Attached for your information is a check print on which we have marked our concerns
in red. We are asking that the title "Redding Fann Tract" be shown on the north
side of Redding Road since the southerly side is actually a part of the Shelley
Subdivision.
If the private street is to be named, it should be indicated as such on the map and
approved by the County Communications Center.
Any Public Service Easement across Lot 1 should be shown on the map and offered
for dedication.
The City Limits Line should be shown on the map with some indication 'of which side
of the line is within Campbell's City Limits.
Recently Mr. Dohmen of your office requested a copy of a final map which indicated
the wording to be used in the certificates on the map. The ones you have presented
on the referenced map are satisfactory except for the certificate regarding the soils
report. Effective this year, the State Subdivision Map Act requires that the report
be available for inspection and that the map indicate where the report is filed.
Therefore, we are aSking that the certificate regarding the soils report include a
statement that the report is filed with the Chief Building Inspector.

The Environmental Health Services has reviewed the proposed single site
subdivision, located on Redding Road, Campbell, as shown on a tentative
map submitted to this department dated January 11, 1979, prepared by
Civil and Construction Consultants, Inc. It is noted that the proposed
use is for 20 condominium units. There are two cess pools on the
property and an accumulation of refuse.
Sewage disposal is to be provided by sanitary sewers installed by the
subdivider and connected by him to one of the existing trunk sewers of
the Santa Clara County Sanitation District No.4. The subdivision is
in the service area of and shall be furnished domestic water by San Jose
Water Works.
Cesspools are to be pumped and filled in accordance with Environmental
Health Services requirements. RefUse accumulation must be removed.
Final approval of the proposed subdivision is contingent upon the posting
by the subdivider with the Santa Clara County Sanitation District No. 4 of
an adequate bond to insure completion of sewers as planned. Plans and
specifications of all proposed sewers and appurtenances are to be approved
by Sanitation District No. 4 prior to recording the final map. Subdivider
must agree to permit no occupancy of any otherwise completed residences
until usable sanitary sewer connections have been effected.
Individual sewage disposal in the proposed subdivision is not approved.

Map for Lands of Johnson/Redding Road
Dear Mr. Penoyer:
We have reviewed the subject tentative map dated January,
1979, and our comments are as follows:
1. Based upon our records Redding Road along the site's
frontage is maintained by the County of Santa Clara.
The developer is responsible for the improvement of
a 30 ft. half street for Redding Road along the site's
frontage with provision for drainage and driveway
approach. Please see attached Standard Details A/3,
B/2 and B/3.
2. The developer should submit improvement plans for the
half street of Redding Road along the site's frontage
for our review and comments.
3. The County-City boundary line should be placed on the
map.
Other comments may be made after the aforementioned informa-
tion lS submitted for our review.

A. Installation of a sanitary sewerage system to serve all lots within
the subdivision in conformance with the proposed plans of the County
of Santa Clara Sanitation District No.4. Sanitary sewerage service
to be provided by said District No.4.
a. Installation of a water distribution system to serve all lots within
the subdivision in conformance with the plans of the San Jose Water
Works Water service to be provided by said San Jose Water Works. Fire
hydrants and appurtenances shall be provided and installed at the
locations specified by the Fire Chief, Fire Department. City of
Campbell. Fire hydrant rantal fees shall be paid to City at the rate
of $195.00 per fire hydrant.
C. Subdivider shall create or provide any public service easement and
any other public utility and/or public service easements as may be
necessary for the installation of any and all public utilities and/or
facilities.
D. Compliance with the provisions of Title 20. Subdivisions of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
E. Subdivider to pay Storm Drainage Area Fee.
F. Subdivider shall execute an agreement and post surety to either install
street improvements on Redding Road or join a Local Improvement District
for Redding Road.
G. Dedicate additional right-of-way to widen Redding Road to 30 feet from
center 1 i ne.
H. C.C. &. R.ts to be approved by City Engineer to insure provisions for
maintenance of buildings and common area.
