Installation of a sanitary sewerage system to serve all lots within the sub-
division in conformance with the proposed plans of the County of Santa Clara
Sanitation District No.4. Sanitary sewerage service to be provided by said
District No.4.

Installation of-a water distribution system to serve all lots within the sub-
division in conformance with the plans of the San Jose Water Works.
Water service to be provided by said water company. Fire hydrants and appurte-
n~nces ~hall ~e provided and i~stalled at the locations specified by the
Flre Chlef, Flre Department, Clty of Campbell. Fire hydrant maintenance
fees shall be paid to City at the rate of $195 per fire hydrant.
Subdivider shall create or provide any public service easement and any other
public utility and/or public service easements as may be necessary for the
installation of any and all public utilities and/or facilities.
Compliance with the provisions of Title 20, Subdivisions of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
Subdivider to pay Storm Drainage Area Fee.
Subdivider to furnish copy of Preliminary Title Report.

Dear Mr. Saray:
It has come to our attention that work has been done in the public
right-of-way at sUbject location without a Public Works permit. This an
order to cease and desist such work until you have received a properly
issued Public Works permit.
We are aware that you have a permit from the Campbell Building Department
for the onsite work. We are also aware that you have applied for a Public
Works permit and paid all of the fees and bonds therefor. The problem is
the permit has not been issued because the plans were not ready for
approval. As you requested when you submitted the application for the
permit, we will mail the permit and approved plans to you as soon as they
are available.
Please be aware, however, that any work that has been done offsite without
benefit of approved offsite plans and Public Works permit may have to be
removed.

Dear Ms. Duvall:
This is to advise you that the subdivider, Cedarwood Tlownhouses, has
complied with all the conditions of approval of the tentative map of
referenced subdivision at 104 Redding Road in the City of Campbell.
We propose to recommend approval of the final map at the City Council
meeting of March 17, 1987 which is the soonest that the map can be
placed on the council agenda.
As you know, the approval of the final map is considered a ministerial
act, according to the State Subdivision Map Act, rather than discret-
ionaryact. Accordingly the City has already issued the building
permits for the project on the assumption that the final map will
be approved at the next available Council meeting.

This is the District's "clearance letter" for the recordation of
subject development.
This District has reviewed and approved the plans for the sewer
system servicing this development. Fees due this District have
been paid. Bond, adequate to insure subject sewer system
installation, has been posted with this District. In short,

RE: SUBDIVISION, l~ and 120 REDDING ROAD

Gentlemen:
On October 29, 1986, the City Council granted conditional approval of the
referenced subdivision. The following items are needed in order to place
the map on the Council agenda for approval of the final map:
1. The final tract map, signed and notarized.
2. The improvement plans, signed by County Sanitation District No.4.
3. A letter of release from County Sanitation District No.4 saying that
all of their conditions have been met.
4. Letters from PG&E and PT&T saying that easements shown on the final
tract map are adequate and satisfactory to them.
5. A copy of the CC&R's for our review.
6. A completed appl ication for an excavation permit, including the payment
of all fees and posting of surety guaranteeing the work.
7. Approval by the City Engineer of onsite grading and drainage plans.
8. Payment to the City of Campbell of the following fees:
A. Final map fil ing fee of $275.00
B. Storm drain area fee of $2,045.00
C. Park & Recreation in-l ieu fee of $15,848.00
9. Submit a copy of the proposed CC&R's for review by the City Engineer
for maintenance of the buidings and common area.
