Pursuant to the terms of Section 7101 of the Campbell Municipal Code, a permit
to excavate within the public right of way In the City of Campbell Is Issued based
upon the following conditions:
1. The location of the job and the nature of the work to be done within the public
right of W3Y Is as follows: East side Regas Drive, North from Central
Park Drive. Construct underground utilities and asphaltic concrete
pavement with underlying untreated crushed rock base in accordance
w1th attached plans.
2. A diagram Is attached and thereby made a part to each of these fonns showing
the location and dimensions of the work and relating this to existing underground
facilities.
3. Work will begin on , 19
City Engineer 24 hours before beginning work.
4. No street shall be closed without full conformance to Section 7106 of the
Campbell Municipal Code.

5. Safe crossings shall be maintained In conformance with Section 7105 of the
Campbell Municipal Code.

the Permittee of any obligation to obtain any other Permit required by law.

SUBJECT: Development Property at
NE Corner Regas and
Central Park Drives
Dear Mr. Larson:
This office has examined the improvement plans prepared
by Creegan and D'Angelo, Civil Engineers, for the proposed
public improvement construction at subject location.
We concur with the proposed design insofar as it affects
the proposed improvements which will be constructed within the
City of Campbell.
It is hereby requested that we be furnished with a set
of reproducible plans as soon as they are approved by the
County Engineer. It is further requested that the owner of
the property enter into an agreement to provide the improve-
ments and to post a bond to insure the conditions of the
agreement.
Would you also please keep us advised of the construction
schedule.
