APPORTIONMENT OF UNPAID AMOUNT
OF ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT NO. 24
WHEREAS, an Assessment has heretofore been levied
against property under Diagram and Assessment No. 24,
City of campbell Local Improvement District No. 2~ for
payment of the cost and expense of the work of tmprovements
described in Resolution of Intention No. 1126 adopted
on April 24, 1961, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, state of California, and said property has
now been divided into the separate parcels of land herein-
after described; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to law an application has been
duly filed with the Superintendent of atreets, requesting
that the amount remaining ul'l3ii1ll on said original Assessment
be apportioned by said Superintendent of streets to said
separate parcels of land described herein.
NOW, THBREPORB, I, the undersigned Superintendent
of streets do hereby apportion to each separate parcel of
land hereinafter described of said original property the
proportionate part of the amount remaining unpaid on said
original assessment that would have been levied on said
separate parcels of land, r.~ctively, had said original
pr~ty been so divided at the ttme the original assessment
was made.

RESOLUTION NO. 1397
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE FEE FOR THE APPORTIONMENT
OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS UNDER DIVISION 10 OF THE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE, PART 10.5, SECTIONS
8740 to 8740.5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell,
California, that
WHEREAS, Division 10 of the Streets and Highways Code,
Part 10.5, Sections 8740 to 8740.5, provides for an alternative
procedure for division of land and bond:
WHEREAS, the above cited Code provisions require the
legislative body to fix the fee for each separate part of parcel
of land into whichthe'original lot or parcel has been divided
or transferred:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. The fee for each separate part or parcel of land into
which the original lot or parcel is divided or transferred shall
be $40.00 for the first two parcels and $10.00 for each of the third
and subsequent parcels.
2. Said fee shall accompany the application for apportion-
ment filed with the Superintendent of Streets and the Superintendent
of Streets shall deposit all such fees in the City treasury.
