SUBJECT: AGREEMENT RELATIVE TO DEVELOPMENT
Gentlemen:
I am enclosing herewith two executed agreements by Hygus Adams
concerning the property at the Southeast corner of Santa Clara-
Los Gatos Road and Rincon in your city.
I also hold the original and copy of Grant Deed signed by
Hygus Adams which I will acknowledge and forward to you
when the escrow closes, transferring this property to Hygus
A4ams so that he can deed it out.
I will mail on Mond~ or Tuesday, August 1st or 2nd, the
necessary documents and money to close this escrow.
If, for any reason, you wish to find out the exact date it
closes, you might call Mr. Jack Pfitzer of Cooper-Challen
Realty Co.Inc. in San Jose. He is handling the transaction
there for me under Escrow No. l00355-A with Valley Title
Company of Santa Clara County.
