Dear Reverend Mr. Condit:
The City Council of the City of Campbell on
June 12, 1967, passed upon and adopted Us Resolution No. 2236
granting your church a building line .et-back requirement
variance and issuing an encroachment permit so that portion
of the building may r~in upon the public right of way.
This encroachment permit is subject to your
acknowledgment and acceptance. Your officers authorized
to 80 acknowledge and accept must sign a certified copy
of this resolution in our office at their convenience.
They do not need to appear at the same time but both
signatures must be notarized. Our office is staffed with
a notary public for their convenience.
Please refer to our letter of May 31, 1967, for
correlative matters.

Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.
