The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, together
with amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended. Said amendments
being outl ined on the map attached hereto entitled "Exhibit A."

CAMPBELL APPROVING PLANS, ELEVATIONS, DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR 18 CONDOMINIUMS
TO BE LOCATED AT 252 AND 268 W. RINCON AVENUE IN A
P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONING DISTRICT. (APPLICATION
OF ~1R. BOB SCHWENKE ON BEHALF OF WOODGATE DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, ZC 80-12)
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, being a
part of the Campbell Municipal Code, together with amendments thereto, is
hereby changed and amended by adopting Exhibit "A" entitled "Plans and
Elevations", Exhibit "B", entitled "Development Schedule", Exhibit "c"
entitled !'Map of Said Property'!, and Exhibit "D" entitled "Conditions
of Approval", as per the application of Mr. Bob Schwenke on behalf of
Woodgate Development Company on property located at 252 and 268 W.
Rincon Avenue. Copies of said exhibits are on file in the office of
the Planning Department.

with Section 21.50 of the Clmpbel1 "unlcipal Code. All
parking spaces to be provided with appropriate ~ncrete curbs
or bumper guards.

Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell "uniclpal Code stipulltes that
Iny ,ontract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage,
wet garbage and rubbish produced within the limits of the city
of Campbell shall be made with Green Valley Disposal Company.
This requirement applies to all single-family dwellings, ~ltlple
apartment units, to III commercial, business, Industrial,
manufacturing, and construction establishments.

Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development shall be located In area(s) approved by the Fire
Department. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shill consIst
of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid Will or fence and
have self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department.
All enclosures to be constructed at grade level.
Applicant shall comply with all Ipproprlate State and City require-
ments for the handicapped.
Noise levels for the Interior of residentIal units shall comply

200 feet south of Rincon Avenue.

1. Process and fil e a tract map.
U. Provide a copy of the preliminary title report.
V. Pay balance of stom drainage area fee ($556.00).
W. Obtain an excavation permit and post surety to install drainage
pipe from on-site inlet through the face of curb; remove dead
street tree and plant new street trees; remove existing driveway
approaches; install new driveway approach; and any other work in
the public right-of-way.
X. Driveway approach is to be a minimum of 25-feet wide and 5-feet
fro~ the easterly property line.
Y. Relocate water meter from out of the driveway approach.
