The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zonin9 MdP of the City of Campbell, together

OF CAMPBELL ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOP-
MENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE ESTAB-
LISHED 6Y ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL (APPLICA-
TION OF MESSRS. GIPPETTI, PROFIT AND SCHWOOB, PD 78-15).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby
c;,anged and amenderj by adopting the attached "Exhibit A" entitled "Plans
anl1 E 1 evat ions II, "Exh i bit 6", en tit 1 ed "0eve 1 opment Schedu I e", "Exh i bit
e" entitled "Map of Said Property", and "Exhibit D", entitled "Conditions
of Approval", as per the application of Messrs. Gippetti, Profit and
Schwoob for approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule to
allow construction of 12 townhomes on property known as 338 and 350 W.
Rincon Avenue in a Planned Development Zoning District. Copies of
said exhibits are on file in the office of the Planning Department.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
codes or ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.
