DISCUSSION: On June 27,1989 the City approved a tentative parcel map for a 3 lot subdivision a~ 1391 Harriet Avenue. One of the conditions of approval required the subdivider to install improvements in Robnick Court and Harriet Avenue. This agreemtnt obligates the subdivider to install the improvements. They have posted surety guaranteeing the performance of the agreement.
