ORDINANCE NO. 961
BEING AN ORDIN~NCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE [ITY
OF CAr1PBELL M1END I NG THE ZON I NG MAP OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL BY CHANGING THE ZONE FROM R-2-S TO P-D
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS' III
SALICE WAY.
The City Counci 1 of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, being a
part of the Campbell Municipal Code, together with amendments thereto,
is hereby changed and amended by adopting Exhibit IIA" entitled 'IPlans
and Elevations'l and Exhibit /lB/1 entitled /lDevelopment Schedu'e'l and
Exhibit /lC" entitled 'IMap of Said Property'l, as per the application of
Eldred Kunkel Associates on property located at 111 Salice Vay. Copies
of said exhibits are on file in the office of the Planning Department.
Said approval subject to the following conditions:
I. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added
in /lredll on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs ur sprinkler system and type of fencing to be sub-
mitted for approval of the Planning Director at time of
application for building permit.
3. Landscaping sh~ll be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
4. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $5,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within
three .months of completion of construction, or appl icant may fi Ie
written agreement to complete larldscaping, fencing and striping of
parking area prior to final building department clearance.
The appl icant is notified as part of this application that he is required to
meet the follmving conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of
Carnpbc 11 .

Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of
the sign ordinance for aJl signs. No sign to be installed until
application is approved and permit issued by the building depart-
ment.
E: Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that
any contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage,
wet garbage, and rubbish produced within the limits of the City
of Campbell shall be made with Green Valley Disposal Company.
This requirement applies to all single fami ly dwellings, multiple
apartment units. to all commercial, busioes5, industrial, manufac-
turing and construction establishments.
F. Trash container(s) of a size and quantity'necessary to serve the
development shal I be located in area(s) approved by the Fire
Department. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist
of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have
self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire department.
All enclosures to be constructed at grade level.
