2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose
b1bs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for
approval of the Planning Director at time of application for building

3. Landscaping shall be maintained in accorance with the approved
landscape plan.
4, Faithful performance bond in the amount of $5,000 to be posted to
insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within three
(3) nDnths of completion of construction, or appl icant may file written

5. All mechanical equipment located on roofs shall be screened as approved

BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBEll AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
CAM~BELl BY CHANGING THE ZONE FROM R-2-S TO P-D.
(PLANNED DEVELOPHENT ON PROPERTY KNO\.JN AS 112 SAL I CE WAY)
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION OllE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, being a
part of the Campbell Municipal Code, together with amendments thereto
is hereby changed and amended by adopting Exhibit "A" entitled I!Plans
and Elevations" and Exhibit "Sit entitled I'Development Schedule" and
Exhibit "c" entitled 111'lap of Said Propertil, as per the application of
Eldred Kunkel on property located at 112 Salice Way, Copies of said
exhibits are on fi Ie in the office of the Planning Department,
Said approval subject to the following conditions:
A, Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as

B, landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinker system and type of fencing to be submitted to the
Planning Director for approval at time of appl ication for building permit.
