Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making writtenspplicatio::
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) Jays prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

Application of Devlin Corporation for approval of
warehouse on property located at 479 Salmar Avenue.
(See Map #1 attached)
This proposed building contains 7,544 square feet. There is adequate
parking provided.
Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions:
1.. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in
"red" on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose
bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for
approval of the Planning Director at time of application for
building permit.
3. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $1,000 to be posted to
insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within
three (3) months of completion of construction, or applicant may
file written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping
of parking area prior to final building department clearance.
4. An enclosure consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a six
foot high solid walloI' fence shall be constructed to house trash
container in an area approved by the Planning Director and Fire
Department. Said enclosure to be 8' x 12' minimum with 6 foot
self-closing gates.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required
to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the
City of Campbell.
5. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
6. Underground Utilities to be provided as required by Section 9110.6
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
7. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and television
cables, etc.
8. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of
the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until
application is approved and permit issued by the building department.

9. Parcel map to be processed and recorded.
10. Applicant to pay storm drain fee based on the amount of $765.00
per acre.
11. Applicant to obtain excavation permit for driveway approach.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes
or Ordinances of the Ci ty of Campbell which pertain to this devclopincnt
and are not herein specified.

In accordance with Section 9316, Chapter 3. Ar~icle IX
of the Campbell Municipal Code of the City'of Campbell, the
undersigned hereby makes application for approve:! of the attached
plans.
1. The said improvements \<Iill be located on land
