OF FIRST NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COMPAu~
AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
by First National Construction Company an agreement for the

development of their real property in accordance with prescribed
conditions; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement, and con~urre~tly
here\vith they have submitted grant deeds of certain portions
of their property for street purposes;
Nm'l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the said
agreement on behalf of said CitYi and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant deed submitted 'in
connection therewith be and the same is hereby accepted.

This letter is to notify you that I have been retained by
First National Construction Co., Developer and Jack Carnett,
Owner of the property, to prepare the street improvement
plans for San Tomas Aquino Road frontage of the subject
property. This ~roperty is designated APN 306-31-4 of the
Assessor Map; at 260 No. San Tomas Road.
The improvement plans will be prepared shortly and will
be to the satisfaction of the City of Campbell.

Approval, subject to the following conditions:
1. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location
of hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be
submitted for approval of the Planning Director at time of
application for building permit.
3. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $2,500 to be
posted to insure landscaping and fencing within three (3)
months of completion of construction, or applicant may file
wtitten agreement to complete landscaping and fencing prior
to final building department clearance.
4. Enclosures consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a
six foot high solid wallar fence shall be constructed to
house trash containers in an area approved by the Planning
Director and Fire Department. Said enclosures to be
8' x 12' minimum with 6 foot self-closing gates.
5. Four unit apartment building fronting on San Tomas Aquino Road
to have shake roof.
