BBING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRACT NO. 5558,
AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the
City Engineer that all improvements in Tract No. 5558,
have been completed in accordance with that agreement
entered into June 10, 1974, concerning said Tract~aand,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of
the Tract and improvements:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Tract No. 5552, together with all the improvements
thereon, be and the same are hereby accepted and that the
City Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of
Completion of said improvements.

Description
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
being an easement 25 feet in width, more particularly
described as follows:
The northerly 25 feet of Parcel 1 as said Parcel is
shown upon that certain Parcel Map recorded in Book
of Maps at Page in the Office of the County
Recorder of Santa Clara County. '
EASEMENT NO. 2
FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES OVER PARCEL 2 IN FAVOR OF
PARCEL 1.
Description
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
being an easement 10 feet in width, the centerline of
which is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the most southeasterly corner of Parcel
2 as said Parcel is shown on that certain Parcel Map
recorded in Book of Maps at Page in the
Office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara County;
thence westerly along the southerly line of said Parcel
2, North 89059'24" West 20.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence North 0005'03" East 162.58 feet to a
point on a curve with a radius of 40.00 feet from which
a tangent bears South 53021'01" East, said point being
the terminus of the herein described easement.

Description
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
being an easement of 20 and 25 feet in width, the center-
lines of which are more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the northerly line of Parcel 2 as
said Parcel is shown upon that certain Parcel Map recorded
in Book of Maps at Pag~ ' in the Office of the
County Recorder of Santa Clara County, said point being
the westerly point of tangency of a 40 feet radius curve;
thence along the northerly line of said Parcel 2, North
89058'53" West 100.04 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
of the centerline of a 20.00 feet wide easement lying
10.00 feet on each side of the hereinafter described
centerline; thence from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING South
0001'07" West 37.50 feet to a point hereinafter referred
to, for convenience, as Point "A", said point also being
the terminus of the centerline of the hereinabove described
20.00 feet wide easement;
Also, Beginning at the hereinabove mentioned Point "A", said
Point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of a 25.00 feet
wide easement lying 12.50 feet on each side of the herein-
after described centerline; thence North 89058'53" West
96.50 feet; thence South 0001'07" West 132.0 feet, more or
less, to a point on the southerly line of the abovementioned
