changed and amended by adopting Exhibit "A" entitled "Plans and Elevations",
Exhibit "B" entitled "Development Schedule", Exhibit "(I' entitled "flap of
Said Property", and Exhibit "0" entitled "Conditions of Approval", as per

When we form an assessment district to install street improvements
we usually use the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 to create
the 11 en and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 to issue the bonds.
We are not flOW trying to form an assessment district to install
street improvements in Shelley Avenue. Each property OWler is
expected to install street improvements across their frontage as
a condition of developing the property.
The developer of 196 Shelley Avenue will be required to install
curb, gutter. sidewalk, street trees, street lighting and pavement
to the center line of the street.

We are responding to your letter of October 20, 1980. The estimated excavation
permit requirements are:

The street improvements for Shelley Avenue will consist of curb and gutter,
sidewalk, driveway approach, street trees, street light, and one-half street
of pavement, all in accordance with the City of Campbell IS Standards.
The pavement section will be 3~1I Type B, A.C. (3/411 Max.) On 811 of Class 2
aggregate base, or 7" of deep strength A.C.
The work currently being done on Shelley Avenue relates to the installation of
a sanitary sewer main. This work is under the jurisdiction of Santa Clara
County Sanitation District 4. You should contact them if you have any questions
about the sanitary sewer. Their phone number is 378-2407.

Also would you please enclose the minimumspecifications

Would you also describe the work which is currently being
done on Shelly Avenue. It appears there is a sewer line
being installed in the public right-of-way. Is this true
and if so what is each lot going to be assessed per front
