RESOLUTION NO. 1728
BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTDIG MINOR
SUBDIVISION OP LANDS OP RALPH WEAVER
ON SMITH AVENUE AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the
City Engineer that all tmprovements in minor subdivision of
Lands of Ralph weaver on Smith Avenue have been completed
in accordance with the tmprovement plans therefor: and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of
minor 8ubdivision and tmprovements:
NOWa THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that minor subdivision of Lands of Ralph weaver on Slnith
Avenue, together with all the improvements ther~n, be and
the 8~e are hereby accepted and that the City Engineer is
hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said
improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of AUQust
19640 by the following votes
