Last year, in July of 1983 my mother was in a car accident, in which she was seriously injured. My mother has been in therapy since then. She was in europe for one year from October 1983-0ctober 1984 recovering from her accident in a therapeutic hospital. My mother at this time is unable to install street improvements due to the outrageous cost of her medical and legal bills. By this letter the City does hereby notify you to install such improvements. The agreement provides that if such improvements are not installed within twelve months of this date, the City may have such improve- ments installed and recover the full cost and expense thereof from you. You have a legal obI igation to install such street improvements. Your first step to comply with the agreement that you signed, is to hire an engineer to prepare improvement plans. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that any contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, wet garbage and rubbish produced within the limits of the City of Campbell shall be made with Green Valley Dis- posal Company. This requirement applies to all single family dwellings, multiple apartment units, to all commercial, business, industrial, manufacturing, and construction estab- lishments. . ."" F. Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the development shall be located in area(s) approved by the fire department. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have self-Closing doors of a size specified by the fire department. FIRE DEPARTl-IENT G.
