The Architectural Advisor is of the opinion that the design of the house is acceptable. 2. The house meets the setback and height restrictions of the R-1 zoning district. 3. The house will not adversely affect the adjacent neighbors or the neighborhood as a whole. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL Planning Department 1. Applicant to obtain all necessary permits from the Building Department. 2. This approval to be valid for one year from the date of Planning Commission approval.
