The easterly 100.00 feet of Parcel 0, the 3.112 acre parcel of land shown on the Record of
Survey for Westem Gravel Company recorded In BooIc 125 of Maps, page 32, of Santa Clara
Co~ty Records; being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Parcel 0, laid point being on the northerly line
of Sunnyoaks Avenue; thence along the easterly line of said Parcel 0 North 30 32' 10" East
181.78 feet; thence along the northerly line of said Parcel 0 South 8~ 13' 4011 West
100028 feet to a point 100.00 feet measured at right angles westerly from the easterly line
of said Pareel D; thence parallel to said easterly fine South 30320 1011 West 239006 feet
to Its Intersection with the said northerly line of S~nyoaks Avenue; said point of Intersection
