Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follo~s:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one Hundred elg;llt:y
(180) days after tile date upon i.:hic:l such approval Has granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
fo r same to tlle Planning Commis s ion at leas t fi fteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a nevI approval has been obtained in tile r.lanner provided
for in tnis chapter.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 9328,
Chapter 3, Article IX, of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Gordon C. Fischer
IS hereby granted a use permit to allow a restaurant to
be located on the southeast corner of Sunnyoaks & Dell
Avenues (property known as 200 E. Sunnyoaks), (As per
application filed in the office of the Planning Depart-
ment July 23,1965), subject to the following conditions:
1. Applicant to obtain "5" Approval of all building
and sign plans.
2. Excavation permit to be obtained for driveway con-
struction.
3. Restaurant construction to start within 6 months
and be completed within 12 months of approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Campbell, California, in regular session, on the 16th
day of August, 1965.
SAID USE PERMIT to become valid on August 26,1965
