Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was gr2nted, unless an extcllsion
for such approval is obtained by making written application for sane
to the Planning Commission at least fifteell (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

1. Property to be fenced and landsca~ed as indicated and as
added in "red" on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be sub-
mitt~d for approval of the Planning Director at time of
application for building permit.
3. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
4. faithful'performance bond in the amount of $1$000 to be posted
to insure landscaping ~ fencing and striping of par'kingarea
within three (3) months of completion of construction, or
applicant may file written agreement to cowplcte landscaping,
fencing and striping of parking area prior to final Building
Department clearance.
5. Trash container{s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve
the development shall be located in area{s) approved by the
Fire Department. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure{s) shall
consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence
and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire
Depal'tment.
6. Applicant to sign agrec~ent satisfactory to the City Attorney
that the property will be used for warehouse purposes only.
7. Any requested change to use of building to receive approval
from Planning Conrnission prior to change of use. Additional
parking to be provided within buildings unless approv~d other-
wise by Planning Commission.
8. Location on property) exterior walls and roof covering O.K.
9. Provide sixtecn foot nininum driveway cast of Building liE".
10. Site plans, with corrections) to be submitted to Plannine
Director for approval.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the follo~ing conditions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Campbell.
A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in conpliance
with Section ~1.50 of the Campbell Hunicipal Code. All parking
spdces to be provided ~ith approp~iate concrete curbs or
bunper guards..
B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Sec~ion
20.16.070 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
